A counterforce band that takes load off your forearm while you play.
Technical knit rather than neoprene, so it stays breathable through a three-hour session instead of holding heat and sweat. Silicone print on the inner face so it doesn't travel. One-handed adjustment with a marked range — you're fitting it to the arm that's complaining, and some days need less than others.
Two finger-widths below the bone, over the muscle. Alignment markers are printed on the band so you can see where it should sit.
A band doesn't heal a tendon. Nothing you strap on does. What it does is take load off while you play, so you can keep playing while the work gets done. The work is the protocol.
