Where it goes
Two finger-widths below the bony point of the elbow, over the muscle — not on the joint. The band is marked so you can see where it should sit.
How tight
Tight enough to stay put. Loose enough to slide one finger underneath. Tighter is not better — over-tightening produces the numbness people are trying to get away from.
Sizing
[SIZE CHART — confirm against production spec.] Measure the circumference of your forearm about two inches below the elbow, arm relaxed. Between sizes, take the smaller one.
Inner or outer forearm
The position differs depending on where you feel it. [Confirm both positions with the clinical advisor before publishing.]
